ABC Standards

Each supplier must follow their contractual obligations outlined in purchasing contracts. The supplier, if applicable, must comply with legal obligations and international standards.

Suppliers are highly encouraged to complete AIAG Training Modules. For more information on AIAG supply chain sustainability training and assessments, visit www.aiag.org.

Conflict Minerals

ABC Technologies respects and complies with the Dodd-Frank Act. As part of our ethical business practices, we require suppliers to observe our policy on conflict minerals.

‘Conflict minerals’ is used to describe certain minerals such as gold, tin, tungsten, tantalum and other derivative metals that are sourced under the control of armed factions or volatile political groups.

Supplier Diversity

As a company that recognizes the importance of diversity, ABC Technologies awards contracts to under-represented suppliers that meet our contractual requirements. In partnering with different groups of suppliers, we hope to level the playing field, increase market competition, and boost economic activity for certified businesses.

To demonstrate our commitment, we are partners with the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC), the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC), and Woman Business Enterprise Canada (WBE).
