If you apply for a position posted on the “Careers” page of our Website, we will collect the personal information contained in your application package or generated in relation to your application in order to evaluate your application and assess whether to offer you a position. This may include information about your employment history and qualifications, as well as your name, residential address and contact details. If you are hired, the information will be retained, used and disclosed in accordance with our privacy policy applicable to the personal information of our employees. If you are not offered or do not accept a position, we may retain this information for a reasonable period in the event that an appropriate position becomes available or that you re-apply.

If you choose to apply to be an ABC supplier, we will collect the personal information included in our supplier profile form, including: busines name, email address, physical address and telephone; other information about your business, such as history, size, product offering, key customers, key sub-suppliers, registration/accreditation status and financial information. We use this information to assess each supplier’s ability to comply with our supplier requirements.

We may collect personal information to communicate with owners of our securities and to register ownership of and transactions dealing with our securities. The information we collect may include, without limitation, the name, residential address and other contact information, and the number of securities held by the individual.
